Savi™ Office Wireless Headset given the TCO stamp of approval
Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) today announced their 100th TCO certified
product, the Savi Office Wireless Headset. Designed for Unified
Communications, the Savi office can be used seamlessly across multiple
platforms including PC audio, web conferencing, multimedia
streaming/listening and desk/softphones
Plantronics began applying for TCO certification in 2007 and were the
first headset company to achieve accreditation they continue to consider
this an important independent endorsement to the exceptional build and
audio quality of their products. TCO Development the company behind the
TCO Certification program owned by TCO (The Swedish Confederation for
Professional Employees) comprises of 17 affiliated trade unions with 1.3
million members. TCO labeling is a worldwide-recognized standard within
the IT industry.
