Customers save £35 on Savi™ devices when trading-in old headsets
Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) today announced that contact centre
customers can save £35 per headset from the latest Savi™ range. The Savi
range offers contact centre customers dual connection to seamlessly
integrate desk phone and PC communications for improved business
collaboration and increased cost savings.
All customers need to do is trade-in their old models when they purchase
at least three Savi WO300 or Savi WO350 headsets. The offer, which will
run until 31st March 2011, will enable contact centre users to take
advantage of the Savi range’s voice clarity and comfortable fit, while
at the same time saving 15 per cent on the original price.
The increased contact centre demand for First Call Resolution and the
growing use of subject matter experts has led to operators requiring
increased freedom to work away from their desks and greater visibility
to communicate with colleagues. The Savi’s Unified Communications (UC)
wireless headset facilitates the changing working environment of the
contact centre.
“There are no complicated processes or coupons involved in claiming the
upgrade. All customers have to do is simply complete the online form www.plantronicsbuyback.com,
provide proof of purchase and save £35. And it doesn’t matter what make
or model the old headset is – any headset is eligible.”
“The Savi range is the ideal product to help call centres improve
customer interaction through its unique acoustic intelligence and
increased staff collaboration,” said Richard Kenny, European Manager of
Contact Centre products at Plantronics.
