Strayer recognized by Silicon Valley Business Journal for exceptional leadership, insight and judgment

Strayer was honored as the winner of this prestigious award in the public company category (over 500M in revenue) based on her achievements over the past several years.
Since joining Plantronics in 2012, Strayer has played a significant role in the success and growth of the company. While overseeing Plantronics’ finance, information technology, legal and investor relations organizations, Strayer has simultaneously helped to create significant transformational change in Plantronics’ finance operations, creating global standards of quality, effectiveness and accountability. Strayer’s efforts have helped ensure profitable growth over the long-term and have resulted in better supply chain and inventory controls in the short-term.
