Plantronics Launches Savi Upgrade Campaign for Existing and New Customers

Customers save up to £35 on Savi™ devices when trading-in old headsets

Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) today announced that it is launching two new Savi upgrade campaigns where both existing and new customers can save up to £35 per headset from the latest Savi™ range . Now both business and contact centre users can take advantage of the Savi range which offers customers dual connection to seamlessly integrate desk phone and PC communications for improved business collaboration and increased cost savings.

All customers need to do is trade-in their old models when they purchase at least three Savi headsets. The offer, which will run until 31st March 2011, will enable users to take advantage of the Savi range’s voice clarity and comfortable fit, while at the same time saving 15 per cent on the original price.

Savi for Business

Business users will be able to take advantage of the ‘Upgrade to Savi Campaign’

which allows customers to save up to £35 on Savi Office W0100, W0200, W0300 and W0350 models and up to £25 on the Savi W430.

Savi for the Contact Centre

Contact centre customers will be able to take advantage of the ‘Contact Centre Upgrade Campaign’ which allows them to save £35 on Savi Office W0300 and W0350 models.

The increased contact centre demand for first call resolution and the growing use of subject matter experts has led to operators requiring increased freedom to work away from their desks and greater visibility to communicate with colleagues. The Savi’s Unified Communications (UC) wireless headset facilitates the changing working environment of the contact centre.
