LONDON, UK - 19th December 2014 -- Plantronics (NYSE: PLT) today announced that it will be embarking on “The Way Ahead Tour” to share its predictions for 2015 with contact centres in seven locations across the UK, and offer them a deeper dive into its latest range of EncorePro headsets. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the industry's market leader on developments in contact centre technology - and to experience some of those developments for themselves.

 

The Tour will run from 14 January until 12 February, with stops in Strathclyde, Edingburgh, Cardiff, Coventry, Leeds, Sunderland, and Dublin. Attendees that sign up for Plantronics’ Best Practice Clinics at their local event will receive a free consultation visit from Plantronics experts.
